Today in Ahmedaad, AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation’s Sanitary supervisory staff conducted check on illegally run Hookah Bar-Cafe in the city. During checking by AMC 3 Hookah Bars were sealed under BPMC Act after issuing notice for lack of AMC permission or license. Administrative charge was recovered from Bar owners. The Hookah Bars, ML Foods at SplitsVilla 2, Kesarkunj complex, Opp Maninagar Fire Station, Mishti Hookah & Lounge, LD College Road, Navrangpura and Richi Rich Cafe, Ozone Solly Dream, Science city Road, Sola were sealed by AMC authorities.
AMC will conduct checking in other wards for such hookah bars which increases hazard of health of people.
