Today in Riverfront Board meeting of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation important decision to auction empty plots of Sabarmati Riverfront was taken. There 41 plots of different size from small to big, out of which 3 plots have been identified for auction.
Ahmedabad Collector has passed the proposal to auction the plots of AMC at Sabarmati Riverfront. After survey in next one and half months, process of auctioning 3 plots will start at national level.
Big companies like Adani and Reliance will be invited during auction of plots by sending them written invitation. Cost of this plots works out to be in millions of rupees. Ahmedabad Collector has permitted forb survey of 2 plots in west and 1 plot in the east at Riverfront.
