Today in Ahmedabad RTO, protest by Driving School Association was made against unruly of RTO Contractors. As per association, the private Contractors of RTO does not listen to RTO Officers. The protest were made on Driving Track and the track was closed down. Protesting people were removed from the track. Police was called by RTO officers. A memorandum was given to RTO RS Parmar and if there demands are not satisfied then Association would go on idefinite strike. Association blamed that SilverTouch company has set aside rules. Actually, RTO norms the sensors should have been placed vertically and time allowance for Driving Test is 120 seconds, whereas sensors are placed horizontally and time allowance is granted of 90 seconds only.
