Today in Ahmedabad, Gujarat ST state transport employees were to go on 2 days strike.
However, Gujarat education minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama has appealed to call the strike in wake of ongoing board exams of SSC and HSC. 42,000 ST employees in Ahmedabd and 1,700 ST employees in Rajkot were to be on strike from tonight.


Leaders of 3 ST unions are negotiating on pending problems with Nigam Chairman, Vijay Nehra.

Lastly, it was decided to postpone the strike of ST employees.
