In Ahmedadbad, Una Dalit Atyachar Ladat Samiti (UDALS) and Rashtriya Dalit Adhikar Manch has jointly given a call for Rail Roko Andolan (stop the train agitation) on October 1 today following a lack of response from the Gujarat government on their demands for allotment of land for the Dalit community members as legally allotted to them earlier.
Cops have been asked to call off the Rail Roko Andolan by Dalits said Satya Prakash, senior sub-divisional security commissioner.
