Delhi voting remains 24 % till noon; tough political battle

Today in the capital city Delhi,  political battle gets tough among BJP, AAP and Congress. 24% voter turnout till noon!Over 1.33 crore electorate to decide fate of 673 in fray.A total of 12083 electronic voting machines (EVMS) will be in use to allow 1, 33, 14, 215 persons (Male = 73, 89,089 and Female = 59, 19, 127 voters).

Today, some big personalities casted their votes early in Delhi.
