Finance Minister Saurabh Patel today presented Gujarat State annual budget for fiscal year 2015-16. Development plan for the year 2015-16 has been totaled at Rs.79,295.11 crore.

2. Rural development – Rs. 2238.74 crore
3. Special area programme – Rs. 216.84 crore
4. Irrigation and Flood control – Rs. 13937.19
5. Energy – Rs. 6630.02 crore
6. Industries and Mines – Rs. 2766.68 crore
7. Transportation – Rs. 6568.28 crore
8.Communication – Rs. 1000.43 crore
9. Science, Technology and Environment – Rs. 557.53 crore
10. General Economic Services – Rs. 2117.15 crore
11. Social Services – Rs. 38,484.15 crore
12. General Services – Rs. 117.99 crore
