Gujarat Congress moved HC and demanded Urgent hearing in case of No Confidence Motion against state Assembly Speaker Trivedi

Gujarat Congress’ 70 MLAs have filed a proposal against Gujarat Assembly Speaker Rajendra Trivedi for No Confidence Motion after an incident recent fight by Congress MLA Pratap Dudhat with BJP MLA Jagdish Panchal during Budget Session in Gandhinagar.

To maintain dignity of post of Gujarat Assembly government is making desperate attempts. Also, meeting of Executive Committee has started led by Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani on to when to schedule discussion on No Confidence Motion against state Assembly Speaker Trivedi.

Gujarat Congress has moved High Court and demanded Urgent hearing in the case on priority basis.
