Today in Ahmedabad,Paresh Patel BJP councillor of Vastral filed FIR against Hardik Patel and 60 supporters including Nachiket Mukhi.
Paresh staying at Astha Bungalow Vibhag-1 blamed that yesterday at 1:45 pm Hardik and 60 persons entered his house without permission, started knocking on my door and abusing us in front of my family and threatened to kill me.
Based complaint of Councillor Paresh Patel, FIR against Hardik Patel, Geeta Patel, Kiran Patel, Akshay Bhurio and 60 others for rioting, sabotage has been made under IPC section 506 in Ramol police station.
PI Police Inspection Solanki is investigating the case. PI said when we reached to councillor, we found remains of BJP flag and nameplate burnt by Hardik and others. So arrested 10 persons on the spot.
However, Nachiket Mukhi has denied the charges.
