Today in Ahmedabad, Gujarat High Court gave decision and rejected Habeas Corpus petition filed by then lawyer BM Mangukiya seeking producing of Hardik Patel before the court. HC penalised appealant with a penalty of Rs 5,000. Gujarat Government has sought permission to prosecute Hardik and lawyer Mangukiya, which was rejected by the court. HC stated to act more responsibly in producing the fact before court.
Hardik was missing from Tenpur in Himmatnagar, so his then lawyer Mangukiya had filed a petition.
