Today Hardik Patel was produced in Ahmedabad Sessions Court in sedition charges. He had requested for permission to seek legal advice from the lawyer, based on it his lawyer was permitted to meet him for 10 minutes in the jail. Ketan, Vhirag and Dinesh Bambhania also remained present in the court who have been released on bail. Dinesh stated that now they do not have adequate money to pay their lawyer and they have banned to leave the district. It is a deadlock like situation where they cannot go to lawyer because of legal restriction and lawyer do not come to them. On this court did not give any directive saying that they have not received any application in that connection. However, accused can opt for public prosecutor at government prescribed rates or can engage lawyer from legal aid mentioned court. Once the case will be committed hearing will be conducted on May 31.
