Indian Ocean dominance, silence by world nations but a big concern

It is learnt that deep worries in India over Chinese manoeuvering in the Ocean and a question of dominance, where New Delhis years of dominance is being broken by billions of dollars in aid from Beijing and gargantuan Chinese construction projects. Tankers move through Indian Ocean carry 80 percent of China’s oil, 65 percent of India’s and 60 percent of Japan’s, making waters crucially important to three of Asia’s great powers.
