Pakistan has been barred from the International Kabaddi World Cup competition to be held in India due to prevailing tensions between the neighbouring countries.The IKF chief, Deoraj Chaturvedi, said that news agency that Pakistan had been barred from the tournament due to an increase in tensions between the neighbours. Though Pakistan is a valuable member of the IKF but looking at the current scenario and in the best interest of both the nations, we have decided that Pakistan must be barred from the championship.
