Yesterday in Vadodara at 8:30 pm, Laxmipura police station constable and his associate raped young girl. Both enquired couple and demanded money from them.
Suraj is a PCR van driver Rasik Chauhan and Incharge Suraj Chauhan, firstly he demanded Rs 5,000 from couple near Gotri Sevasi canal road, later he took the girl in nearby house and raped her. Suraj took advantage of the situation and raped the girl when Rasik went to get bribe of Rs 5,000 from the boy.
Girl had come with her family in night to lodge the complaint against police.
Angry people gathered outside Laxmipura police station in night and demanded firm action against responsible police.
FIR of loot and rape has been lodged against both the police of Laxmipura police station. Case as per prevention of corruption has been lodged.
suspect has been arrested and case is being handled by ACP Chaudhary.
