Ahmedabad, 25th November 2025: C.C. Sheth College of Commerce, part of the Navgujarat group of colleges, observed No Meat Dayon 25th November, marking the birth anniversary of Indian educator and spiritual leader Sadhu T.L. Vaswani, a strong advocate for vegetarianism and compassion for all living beings.
The initiative aimed to promote compassion, healthy living, and environmental consciousness among the youth. As part of the observance, students from various classes gathered to take a collective oath to refrain from consuming meat for the day and to spread the message of mindful and responsible eating. The pledge highlighted empathy towards animals, sustainable food habits, and respect for nature.
