Today in Rajkot district, on Vora Kotda road of Gondal, 12,000 liquor bottles were destroyed by crushing the bottles beneath bulldozzer by Gondal police. Gujarat is said to be a dry state, still repeated incidents of finding ample stock of liquour happens quite often.
Today Patidar leader Hardik Patel was not produced in Surat Sessions Court as police security could not be arranged for him. Hardik’s judicial custody is extended till June 6. Tomorrow, Hardik will be taken to Visnagar at 2 pm for producing before Visnagar Court under tight security.
