Today, ATS Gujarat arrested Irfan Quereshi, mastermind behind of 5 blasts at Melol, Delol, Thasra, Lunavada and Godhra immedaitely after the Gujarat riots in 2002. ATS sources said Irfan Quereshi was absconding since 13 years and was hiding at Sedol village in Madhya Pradesh. Senior officials told that Quereshi is being brought to Gujarat.
Today from Vadodara’ s Burhani Provision and Xerox shop fake notes worth Rs 38.800 in different denominations of 100, 500 and 1000 were seized and 2 persons have been arrested by Panigate Police. One suspect is being interrogated.
