Today a public notification was issued by Gujarat government, putting ban on begging at religious places including Junagadh, Dakor, Siddhpur, Pavagadh, Palitana, Bahucharaji and Shamlaji. Notification puts restriction on illegal begging at religious sites. State administration will strictly adhere to the restrict on begging at religious sites.
