In Bhavnagar: A complaint was filed at Datha police station alleging that a man took advantage of the loneliness of a minor girl and raped her in rural area of Bhavnagar district. Police has arrested the accused and taken action. Father of minor girl has filed a complaint. According to information received from police, the accused raped minor girl on January 21 in a Wadi area by taking advantage of her loneliness.
Mahuva ASP Anshul Jain said that minor girl’s father has filed a police complaint regarding incident of rape of the minor girl in a rural area. Further action has been taken after registering a complaint under BNS. Regarding the incident that took place in a rural area of Bhavnagar, ASP Anshul Jain said that the minor girl was alone in Wadi area on finding her alone accused committed the rape. When minor’s father came to know about the incident, he arrested accused Karan Dhapa. Process including a Medical Check-up of the accused has been carried out regarding rape case.
