Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel attended 10th Governing Council Meeting of NITI Aayog led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi.

CM Patel presented a detailed outline of the robust implementation plan for the ‘Viksit Gujarat @ 2047’ roadmap to significantly contribute and support to achieving the ‘Viksit Bharat’ vision. The CM further mentioned that to institutionalise this vision, Gujarat has established the Gujarat State Institution for Transformation (GRIT), modelled on the lines of NITI Aayog, which will play a pivotal role in achieving inclusive and development-oriented goals. The CM stated that under the leadership and guidance of Hon’ble PM, Gujarat has developed a transparent and accountable model of good governance, that reflects the approach of ‘Whole of Government – Whole of Society’. He also added that for the monitoring mechanism of the Viksit Gujarat@2047 vision, a digital dashboard and over 500 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be implemented for sustainability and data-driven decision-making.
