CAG Report shows Rs 130 Crores Lease Rent Not Recovered from 2 Companies of Kutch donated for BJP blame Manish Doshi of Congress

CAG Comptroller and Auditor General Report has revealed that Two Companies Manufacturing Bromine in the Rann of Kutch, Archaean Chemical Industries and Agrocell Industries, have not been Collectedd Rs. 130 Crores of Lease Rent.

Government Treasury has Suffered a Huge Loss by Not Collecting more than Rs. 130 crores of Lease Rent from Two Companies manufacturing Bromine in the Rann of Kutch, Archaean Chemical Industries and Agrocell Industries. On the other hand, Archaean Chemical Industries and Agrocell Industries have donated more than Rs. 10 crores to BJP.

Doshi said that there are Numerous Industries Operating in the 400 km Coastline spread across Kutch that Produce Salt from Sea Water and other Chemical Products. Corruption Worth Crores of Rupees is often found in these Industries in Allotment of Government Land and the Amount to be Paid as Rent for the Agreed Period. CAG Comptroller and Accounts General which Monitors the Financial Transactions of Government, has shown that the Rent has not been Recovered by the Finance Department from two companies, Archaean Chemical Industries and Agrocell Industries, which Produce Chemicals from the Sea of Kutch, due to which the government has lost Rs. 130 crores.
For Archaean Chemical Industries, total of 50 Lakh Sq Meter of land at a rate of Rs. 155 Per Sq Meter. Jantri, which is estimated at Rs. 77.50 Crore and for Agrocell Industries, total of 80,000 Sq M of land at a rate of Rs. 65 Per Sq Meter. Jantri, which is Rs. 52 Crores, Total Recovery of Rs. 130.11 Crores from these Two companies should be Recovered as per the Land Allotment Share at an Annual Rent of 15%. The lands given for Obtaining Bromine and Marine Chemicals in the Rann of Kutch are supposed to be Recovered before the Renewal after the Expiry of the Term and all the Outstanding Amounts are supposed to be Recovered at the beginning of the year, but why is this amount not being recovered? BJP government should answer about this.
Out of the land given for Salt Agars, Solaris took possession of the Land for Processing at Market Price against Payment of the Occupancy Fee. In the same period, out of the 10,000 acres of Land acquired by Agrocell Industries, 8,000 Acres of Land was Reserved for Salt Agars and 2,000 Acres for Factories, Residences, and GuestHouses, for which Rent have not been Recovered, the CAG Report Indicates.
Similarly, out of the 24,000 Hectares of Land Given to it by Archaean Chemical Industries, 500 Hectares of Land was Reserved for Plant and Machinery, the Occupancy Fees was also Not Recovered, which should be Immediately Recovered and to Prevent Financial Loss to the Government Treasury demanded Manish Doshi.
