Gandhinagar, September 01, 2025: Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University recently organised the Nutrition Programme 2025 at the campus of Aarihant Institute of Nursing. Themed ‘The Epicurious Exchange’, the nutrition programme organised for students and staff highlighted creativity, innovation, and the importance of healthy food practices as part of a holistic healthcare approach.

The programme was inaugurated by Dr Hiren Kadikar, Registrar of Swarrnim University, who cut the ceremonial ribbon and lauded the initiative during his address. A total of four student groups actively participated, each presenting a diverse range of dishes inspired by the theme.

The food creations combined nutritional value with culinary creativity and cultural richness, so as to showcase their culinary innovations. Coordinated by the faculty and students of Aarihant Institute of Nursing, the event provided a platform for young students to showcase their culinary skills to encourage mindful eating and the consumption of balanced diets among people of all age groups.

The programme concluded with an exhibition walk-through, tasting sessions, and interactive discussions among faculty members and students. The Nutrition Programme 2025 proved to be both educational and enjoyable, furthering Swarrnim University’s commitment to constantly create platforms for innovation, creativity, and well-being of students.
