Gujarat High Court has dismissed both applications filed by Sevanth Day School, upholding the actions taken by the DEO District Education Officer and the State Government. High Court observed that the school neither provided any information to the DEO and State Government nor cooperated, and instead attempted to mislead.
HC has issued strict instructions that the school must extend full cooperation to all proceedings carried out by the State Government. The committee formed by the DEO has been granted full authority to investigate. The Court has directed the school to provide complete support in the inquiry.
