16 October 2025, Ahmedabad : GCCI MSME Taskforce, along with GCCI Youth Committee organized a Seminar on Technology, Problem Solving & Marketing with PUM Netherlands on 16th October, 2025.
The Guest speaker on the occasion was Mr. Dave Dijkhuis, PUM Netherlands Country Manager.
Welcoming the participants, GCCI MSME Taskforce Chairman Shri Shaileshbhai Patel acknowledge the presence of Mr. Dave Dijkhuis, PUM Netherlands Country Manager. He remarked that GCCI has always focused on empowering and facilitating Gujarat’s MSME units by organized a variety of programmes for them. He mentioned that this important seminar with PUM Netherlands which is a leading organizing towards empowering MSME units in terms of skill development, Long Term Strategy, Marketing, Process Streamlining etc. will prove very useful for MSMEs. He remarked that MSMEs must upgrade their technologies, their competence in problem solving, in understanding market currents and in planning their strategies accordingly. He remarked that the seminar will be useful to individual industries as well as clusters covering sectors like Engineering, Chemical, Pharma, Herbal, Cosmetic, Textile, Yarn, Fabrics, Apparel, Women Entrepreneurs, Hospitals and Healthcare. He thanked GCCI Youth Committee and Chairman Shri Rohan Kumar for their support.
In his presentation Mr. Dave Dijkhuis introduced PUM Netherlands as a leading organization in providing solutions and compatibilities to MSMEs. He focused on the triple aspects of Technology, Problem Solving and Marketing. He touched different aspects like Long Term Strategies, Sustainable Development, Innovation, Lean Management, Circular Economy etc.
On the occasion, Mr. J. B. Patel, Immediate Past PUM Representative, Mr. Mukesh Kabra, M.D. S.M. Extrusions Pvt. Ltd and Mr. Amit Joshi, Director,Max Industries (Anker Cranes & Pullies) shared their experience about the comprehensive services being provided by PUM Netherlands and appealed all to avail the same.
The Questions and Answers session also proved very interesting and informative.
The seminar concluded after the vote of thanks proposed by GCCI Youth Committee Chairman Shri Rohan Kumar.
