The Ahmedabad Shopping Festival is set to begin on December 5, in the gracious presence of Union Home Minister Shri Amitbhai Shah and Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel.
On this occasion, Shri Amitbhai Shah and Shri Bhupendra Patel will flag off the Ahmedabad Shopping Festival Carnival Parade.

Organised jointly by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and the State Government, the grand inauguration of the Ahmedabad Shopping Festival (ASF) 2025–26 will take place on December 5, 2025, at the plot near Monte Carlo Oxygen Park, Sindhu Bhavan Road.
Shri Amitbhai Shah and Shri Bhupendra Patel will flag off the Carnival Parade, followed by a spectacular fireworks display and balloon release, adding festive charm for the people of Ahmedabad.
The festival will continue till January 16, 2026, fulfilling Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘Vocal for Local’ and giving a major boost to the city’s trade and tourism sectors.
Themed “Swadeshi with Global Appeal,” the second edition of the festival has already energized the city with vibrant preparations.
The opening ceremony will feature a live performance by Kabir Café. Attractive installations, interactive zones and a city-wide fireworks showcase will mark the beginning of the celebration.
