On Sunday, December 21, 2025, the world will witness a historic moment as millions across 160+ countries unite simultaneously for World Meditation Day
The global event will be guided by Rev. Daaji (Dr. Kamlesh Patel), the Global Guide of Heartfulness. Under the theme “One World One Heart,” the programme will stream live on the Heartfulness YouTube channel, inviting individuals, families, communities, and organisations to meditate together for peace, compassion, and unity.
The initiative aims to reach 3 million registrations and cross 1 million+ peak concurrent viewers, creating a powerful wave of inner connection worldwide. Participants will take part in a 45-minute session featuring relaxation, guided meditation, and a closing message from Daaji. A live world map will display participant locations, and all registered attendees will receive personalised certificates.
Extensive mobilisation efforts are underway across India and globally, with strong participation expected from states like Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh. Heartfulness centres, corporates, educational institutions and families will host group viewing sessions, with each individual encouraged to log in separately to maximise impact.
A robust digital outreach campaign includes influencer collaborations, multilingual media outreach, and social media engagement.
The Global Heart Chain Portal supports registrations, reminders, and training sessions for volunteers. Technical teams are working to ensure uninterrupted connectivity, emphasising device readiness, cellular data support, and unique participant logins. Participants are encouraged to log in using individual email IDs or guest mode so every device counts.
