24 December 2025 Ahmedabad The trophy of the Bajaj Pune Grand Tour 2026, India’s first UCI-classified 2.2 multi-stage international cycling race, has been launched as part of a nationwide promotional tour ahead of the event scheduled for 19–23 January 2026. However, no official announcement has been made regarding the trophy’s launch or display in Ahmedabad so far, according to available reports.
Organisers said the nationwide tour is designed to engage cycling enthusiasts, state authorities and sports institutions across major cities ahead of the race, which will be held entirely in Maharashtra. The Bajaj Pune Grand Tour 2026 will cover approximately 437 kilometres across four stages, featuring professional cycling teams from India and abroad, and is expected to significantly boost India’s profile on the global cycling calendar .
