Bar Council of Gujarat officially announced election schedule; Voting on 13 March 2026

The Bar Council of Gujarat elections were scheduled to be completed as per Supreme Court orders.

The Bar Council of Gujarat (BCG) has officially announced its election schedule for the State Bar Council.

Voting is set for 13 March 2026, and the election will decide the 25 members of the council.

This comes amid broader national directives from the Supreme Court instructing that State Bar Council elections across India be completed by April 30, 2026 under phased supervision.

Gandhinagar: Gujarat CM reviews current rainfall situation and stock of fodder

Today in Gandhinagar, Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel held a meeting to review current rainfall situation and checked the availability of fodder at fodder depot.CM held meeting with IMD Ahmedabad official.
