Ahmedabad, January 2026: In a prestigious development for Gujarat’s event management and fashion ecosystem, The Miss India Organization, Worldwide Media, has appointed NAEMD – NEST Academy of Event Management & Development, Asia’s Best Event Management College, as the Official Licensee of Femina Miss India Gujarat.
This landmark collaboration brings one of India’s most iconic beauty and talent platforms to Gujarat, opening doors for aspiring young women to explore opportunities in fashion, glamour, media, and the entertainment industry, while simultaneously creating a powerful experiential learning platform for event management students.
The announcement was graced by Rekha Pandey, Reigning Femina Miss India Runner-up, who highlighted the transformative impact of the Femina Miss India platform on young women across the country.
“Femina Miss India gives young women confidence, exposure, and direction. It prepares them for life beyond the stage,” she said, encouraging Gujarat’s talented young women to come forward and seize this opportunity.
Speaking on the occasion, Pravin Joshi, Director, NAEMD, emphasized the institution’s long-standing commitment to providing meaningful, real-world exposure to students.
“With 25 years of excellence in event management education, NAEMD has always focused on giving our students the best possible opportunities to learn by doing. Having Femina Miss India Gujarat as an in-house event allows our students to work closely on one of the country’s most prestigious platforms and gain practical experience that truly shapes their professional journey.”
He further added that students will be involved across all aspects of the event—planning, coordination, production, media management, branding, logistics, and on-ground execution—giving them invaluable insight into managing large-scale, high-profile events. This hands-on exposure prepares students for dynamic careers across fashion events, pageants, live shows, celebrity management, brand activations, and major productions.
The Femina Miss India Gujarat auditions will be held on 7th February and 13th February 2026, offering aspiring participants the opportunity to take their first step toward a national platform. The Gujarat Finale is scheduled for 24th February 2026, where the state’s finest talent will compete for the coveted crown.
The entire Femina Miss India Gujarat initiative will be managed exclusively by the NAEMD Student Team under professional mentorship, reinforcing NAEMD’s core belief that real learning happens on real platforms.
