Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel participated in the state-level PM Kisan Utsav Divas programme held in Gandhinagar and watched the live telecast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s inspiring address to farmers.
The event was attended by Agriculture Minister Jitu Vaghani, Minister of State for Agriculture Ramesh Katara, other dignitaries, and a large gathering of farmers.
On the occasion, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring the economic prosperity and empowerment of farmers. During the programme, beneficiaries of various Central and State Government agricultural schemes received financial assistance and agriculture-related benefits.
The distribution of support under multiple farmer welfare initiatives aimed to strengthen the agricultural sector, enhance productivity, and improve the livelihoods of farmers across Gujarat. The event highlighted the continued focus of both the Central and State Governments on farmer-centric development and rural prosperity.
