The flagship quiz initiative from TCS brings together young minds from across India, challenging them to think critically, embrace innovation, and showcase their knowledge on a national stage.
Ahmedabad, 12th August 2026: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, hosted the Ahmedabad edition of TCS InQuizitive 2026, its flagship inter-school quiz program. Following a thrilling day of intense quizzing, Anamaya Sharma and Pramitnil Maiti from Zydus School for Excellence, Vejalpur emerged as winners of the Ahmedabad edition. Drawing inspiration from Ahmedabad’s legacy of enterprise and learning, the students exhibited exceptional knowledge, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to advance to the semi-finals of the competition.
The Ahmedabad edition witnessed participation from 233 teams representing 32 schools, including schools from Anand, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara, Vapi and Udaipur. The event was graced by Dharmendra Singh, Director, Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara as Chief Guest along with Namrata Somani, Regional Head, TCS Ahmedabad, who represented Tata Consultancy Services on the dais.
Demonstrating the power of AI, this year’s edition of TCS InQuizitive introduced real-time AI-powered analytics, enabling participants to view detailed performance insights after each round and quickly identify areas for improvement.

Open to students from Grades 8 to 12, TCS InQuizitive combines learning with excitement through a dynamic format that spans a diverse range of subjects like education, entertainment, sports, business trends, advertising and social media. With a stronger emphasis on STEM, the quiz also highlighted domains such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, automation, biometrics, and robotics.
Now in its28th year, the competition has grown into one of India’s most respected inter-school quiz platforms, inspiring generations of students to explore new ideas, broaden their perspectives, and develop a deeper understanding of the world around them.
The 2026 edition is being held across Pune, Indore, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Kochi, Kolkata, and Mumbai, culminating in the National Finale, where the country’s brightest young quizzers will compete for the coveted title of TCS InQuizitive National Champions 2026.
