The Bengali community organised a Dhunuchi Naach Competition during the Maha Navami Puja celebrations at the 89th Kalibari Durga Puja, organised by the Bengal Cultural Association in #Ahmedabad.
A total of 20 contestants participated in the competition, showcasing their traditional dance skills, artistic talent and devotion through the vibrant Dhunuchi Naach, a traditional Bengali dance performed with dhunuchi, an incense burner, during Durga Puja festivities.

The competition added colour, energy and cultural vibrancy to the celebrations, bringing members of the Bengali community together to honour their traditions and celebrate the spirit of Durga Puja.
The event reflected the enduring connection between cultural heritage, devotion and community participation during one of Bengal’s most significant festivals.
