Ahmedabad Crime Branch Filed FIR against Teesta; HC rejected bail to her

Today, Ahmedabad crime branch  filed a FIR against social activist Teesta Setalvad after some riot victims from the Gulberg Society massacre case accused her of fraud. Gujarat High Court rejected Teesta Setalvad’s anticipatory bail in fund misappropriation case.

Parshottam Rupala BJP to be nominated as Rajya Sabha member

BJP Bharatiya Janta Party senior partyman Parshottam Rupala has been given ticket of Rajya Sabha by BJP high command. Rupala has started filing nomination as per sources. He may file nomination on Monday. After death of Pravin Rashtrapal, RS seat has fallen vacant. Rupala earlier served as RS member.
