Today in Ahmedabad, Gujarat High Court has disqualified Vipul Chaudary for 3 years giving him partial relief, Chaudhary had moved High Court challenging decision of Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation. He had replied to two show cause notice b state government.
Former chairman of the Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Vipul Chaudhary has been disqualified from contesting election to any cooperative society or from holding any post in such a society for a period of six years.
