In Valsad, 23 people were rescued from flood waters by Indian Coast Guard Helicopter in a Rescue Operation near Bhagda Khurd village. There is heavy rain in south Gujarat for past 24 hours. Many south bound trains also have been delayed by about 5 hours. Heavy rain throws life out of gear in Valsad.
