Post currency ban on November 8 by government on Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. It is learnt that people with black money try to use different channels to settle unaccounted money. Labourers are used by black marketers to settle their large cash. Labourers stand in queue at banks and ATMs on behalf of black marketers.
