Prime Minister of Narendra Modi to inaugurate tomorrow first phase of Ahmedabad Metro Rail project starting from Vastral.
PM is on 2 days visit to Ahmedabad. On 4th March, He would inaugurate first phase of Ahmedabad Metro Rail project at Vastral and new complex of Civil Hospital in Asarwa.
He would stay at Raj Bhavan in Gandhinagar on 4th March.
On 5th March, PM would launch Pradhan Mantri Mandhan Pension Yojna in Vastral.
In wake of prevailing situation all security agencies including Ahmedabad Crime Branch, SOG, Cyber Crime has been kept in stand to condition.
Gujarat police did grand rehersal for PM Narendra Modi arrival at Ahmedabad Airport, Civil Hospital and Wishwa Umiyadham Temple. PM would arrive by 13:25 hrs at Ahmedabad Airport.
As far as security arrangements are concerned teams of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar police, at Ahmedabad Airport 2 DCP, 2 ACP, 7 PI, 25 PSI, 380 police constable and head constables are placed. At Wishwa Umiyadham Temple, 1 Additional DG, 1 IG, 12 SP, 40 DySP, 125 PI, 450 PSI, 3,500 police constable and head constable and at Vastral 2 DCP, 2 SP, 7 PI, 25 PSI, 380 police constable and head constables are deployed.
Also, CCTV vans, water canon, QRT, PCR van, hawk squad, bomb squad, dog squad, chetak commandos, Vajra vehicle, and teams of SRP and RPF will be at site of PM visit in Ahmedabad.
