Today Supreme Court has denied to grant a stay on Gujarat High Court order setting aside election of senior Gujarat BJP Bharatiya Janta Party leader Pabubha Manek from Dwarka Assembly during 2017 Gujarat Assembly Elections.
Pabhubha had filed petition in Supreme Court challengig decision of Gujarat High Court.
Based on petition by in Gujarat High Court Meraman Goriya of Congress on seat 82 of Dwarka seat, on finding candidature form erroneous of Pabhubha, HC directed Election Commission to cancel the election
