Today, Harsh Vardhan,Health Minister after commenting on use of condom has opened up another row by favouring to ban sex education in schools.  Health Minister, Harsh Vardhan’s wesbite also supports ban on so called sex education. He feels that students could me educated with a course emphasising India’s cultural values, instead.
