The sammelan focused on key provisions of the Constitution of India that safeguard tribal rights, including land ownership, forest rights, education, and political representation. Speakers emphasized the need for effective implementation of laws such as the Forest Rights Act and provisions under the Panchayats (Extension to Scheduled Areas) Act (PESA).

Prominent voices at the event highlighted ongoing challenges faced by Adivasi communities, including displacement, lack of access to basic services, and limited awareness about legal entitlements. The speakers called for stronger grassroots-level awareness campaigns and better coordination between government bodies and tribal representatives.

Participants also stressed the importance of preserving Adivasi culture, traditions, and identity while ensuring inclusive development. Youth participation was notably high, with many young attendees expressing commitment to advocating for their community rights.

The Sammelan concluded with a collective resolution urging authorities to ensure strict enforcement of constitutional safeguards and to prioritize tribal welfare in policy decisions.
