Today in Ahmedabad, 10 Thakor Sena Workers were detained by police in Sanand after trying to forcefully close the shops. Vice President Ramesh Thakor reached the site and made an announcement of withdrawing bandh call. Strict police security was imposed in Sanand.
Yesterday, farmers of Sanand took out a rally to Gandhinagar. They were beaten by police and tear gas shell were bursted on them.
In protest, today a bandh call in Sanand was given.
Thakor Sena had given a bandh led by Alpesh Thakor.
