A press release from Gujarat Metro Rail Company stated that various representations have been received to extend schedule of Ahmedabad Metro Phase-I, from present 9 am to 8 pm.
Considering convenience of students and employees especially in this context, It has been decided that with effect from 30th January 2023, existing time limit of 9 am to 8 pm will be extended from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm on temporary basis by Gujarat Metro Rail. At present there is train at every 18 minutes in East-West and at every 25 minutes in North-South, which is planned to run every 15 minutes ( in peak time) depending on number of passengers.
