12 August 2025 : Ahmedabad Police Commissioner GS Malik, IPS has issued a Public Notice in exercise of the powers under sub-sections 33(1)(b) and (c) of the Gujarat Police Act, 1951, has further issued order that On 13th August 2025, a “Tiranga Yatra” (Tricolor Rally) is scheduled to be held at Meghaninagar, Ahmedabad City.
As VIPs/VVIPs and a large number of participants with vehicles will attend within a limited time, this order is issued to ensure smooth traffic movement, avoid congestion, and prevent road accidents.
Accordingly, in Ahmedabad City on 13th August 2025, during the Tiranga Yatra at Meghaninagar, traffic passing through the below-mentioned routes will be restricted/Roads Closed for Vehicular Movement and Alternate Routes have been defined for vehicular traffic.
