Ambaji Gabbar darshan will remain closed on 14th October

At Ambaji’s Gabbar, darshan will remain closed on the 14th October. The main reason for the closure of darshan and the ropeway at Gabbar is inspection work of the mountain rocks.

Gabbar Hill holds immense religious significance as it is believed to be the original seat of Goddess Amba, one of the 51 Shakti Peeths. Pilgrims climb the hill to offer prayers and have darshan of the divine footprints (Charan Paduka) of the Goddess.

During festivals and especially Navratri, Gabbar becomes a major center of devotion and celebration, attracting thousands of devotees from across Gujarat and India. Special aarti, bhajan programs, and garba events are organized, and devotees seek blessings for prosperity and well-being.
