Amit Chavda led BJP’s Vote Chori Exposure in Gujarat; Navsari Voter List 12% faulty

On Vote Chori allegations by BJP government GPCC Gujarat Congress Pradesh Committee President has provided some factual information and stated that In Choryasi constituency of Navsari Lok Sabha, out of total of 6.09 lakh voters, verification of 40% (i.e. 2.40 lakh voters) revealed that 12.03% (i.e. 30,000 voters) were fake, false, or suspicious leading to a large-scale voter fraud.

If Choryasi constituency pattern prevails across Gujarat, then approximately 62.31 lakh voters in state could be fake, false, or suspicious.

Is victory of BJP leader in Navsari a result of voter fraud asked Amit Chavda. Why are names in Gujarat’s voter list appearing in Bengali, Hindi, Punjabi, and other languages instead of Gujarati he further question.

To save democracy and protect the constitutional rights of the people, we initiated program for awareness of citizens of Gujarat to join this struggle.

Following evidence-based revelations by LOP Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi on large-scale “voter chori” in Bengaluru Central Lok Sabha, GPCC President, Amit Chavda, exposed massive voter chori in Gujarat at Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan. He stated that “The right to vote guaranteed by the Constitution is the foundation of democracy. Democracy seems to be in danger today. Rahul Gandhi has openly exposed voter chori. The real face of the BJP, which is out to destroy democracy, is being revealed to India. Democracy grants ‘1 person, 1 vote,’ but in Gujarat we are witnessing ‘1 person, multiple votes.’

Congress’ scrutiny has revealed major irregularities in Gujarat’s voter lists. In Navsari’s Choryasi constituency, out of 6,09,592 voters, 40% (i.e. 2.40 lakh) were verified, and 30,000 were found to be fake, false, or suspicious, which comes to 12.3%. This fraud is happening in the constituency of a leader who also holds the responsibility of a Union Cabinet Minister. It is impossible that CR Patil is unaware of this. Is BJP leader’s victory in Navsari based on voter chori? This raises doubts in Gujarat. We checked only one seat—what if the number of false voters exceeds genuine ones? Citizens are concerned.

There are 5 ways voter lists in Gujarat are being manipulated:

Entirely fake voters,

Tampering with spellings,

Multiple IDs for 1 person (3-4 IDs),

Change of address,

Changing the language of voter entries.

In many places, fake, false, and suspicious voters exist in huge numbers. Does 1 voter in Gujarat vote once or multiple times? If Choryasi constituency pattern applies statewide, then over 62 lakh voters may turn out to be fake, false, or suspicious.

In Choryasi itself, the same person has been found with different voter IDs despite having identical details. Another method is spelling/letter variation—like adding ‘Bhai’ or ‘Kumar’—resulting in two different IDs for one person. In 3rd method, the same person has 3-4 voter cards. The 4th method shows voter cards in languages other than Gujarati and English. The 5th method involves minor address changes to create new voters—for example, 1 ID shows house number 210, while another shows 210-212, creating 2 IDs for 1 person. Thus, voter fraud in Gujarat appears in 5 different ways. Just as proof, data, and evidence were presented from one Karnataka constituency, details from 1 Gujarat constituency have been presented. It is necessary that citizens know and understand this.To save democracy and protect constitutional rights, we urge Gujarat’s alert citizens to join this fight. It is important to expose voter fraudsters and protect the votes of Gujarat’s people. We will reach every family and identify fake, false, and suspicious voters. Across India, people are fed up with the BJP—along with corruption, loot, and theft everywhere, voter fraud is happening for the first time in the country’s history. The Congress party will not remain silent. In coming days, the voter lists of all 182 Assembly constituencies will be verified, and by 2027, we will expose voter fraudsters and safeguard the rights of Gujarat’s voters. The Congress Party is committed to saving democracy.
