Balram was beating lady over issue of water.
Earlier Balram’s brother Kishore has also fought with other over water issue.
Balram Thawani is a BJP Corporator of Kubernagar ward. Complaint has been filed in Sardarnagar police station.
Lady was beaten outside the office.
