In Ahmedabad on Sindhu Bhawan road Kaffa Cafe has been served with notices by AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for operating Kaffa café against the building norms. Allegations are that the café is running without the necessary permissions and is using the space not just to serve coffee, but to discreetly market its yet to-be-approved 34-storey Wynn project. Necessary permission for its commercial use from AMC and RERA is not obtained.
