Today Surajbari village in Kutch district was waterlogged after a pipeline passing through the village got bursted. Due to burst in pipeline, there could be a water shortage in Kutch for next 2 days. Gallons of drinking water was vasted which will create water scarcity.
Today morning in Bhavnagar, one nilgai was reported to be dead on short route between Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar. There is a Blackbuck National Park at Velavadar is situated some 45 kms away from Bhavanagar city.
Today in Panchmahal district, 4 persons were killed and 8 others were injured after a tractor met with an accident carrying water got overturned near Kanewal lake in Godhra. The deceased include a son and mother. Injured have been admitted to the civil hospital of Godhra.
