Today in Rajkot, 332 Anganwadi and Asha workers protest outside Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani’s residence demanding salary hike. Anganwadi workers were shouting slogans. 200 Protesting workers were detained by police. For past 3 days these workers are on strike over their demand. Presently, Anganwadi workers are getting Rs 4500 monthly salary.
