The two-day Gandhinagar edition of Earth Summit 2025-26 concluded with a strong emphasis on technology-led rural transformation. Organised by NABARD and IAMAI, the Summit brought together innovators, FPOs, cooperatives, agri-startups, policymakers, and rural institutions under the theme “Empowering Rural Innovation for Global Change.”
Key NABARD leaders, including Chairman Mr. Shaji K.V. and Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Goverdhan Singh Rawat and Dr. Ajay Kumar Sood, highlighted the need for modernised cooperative structures, digital agri-data foundations, and unified platforms to empower FPOs. The event’s Rural Innovation Expo, featuring 90 booths, showcased transformative agri-tech solutions, women-led enterprises, and tribal innovations.
The Summit reflects Hon’ble Union Home & Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah’s vision of strengthening rural India through technology, innovation, and community-centric development.
